With remote support we can help you figure something out or fix and tune up your computer so long as you have an Internet connection. It helps us help you when on-site computer support is impractical or not possible do to distance.
During the remote support session you will have full control, we will be able to operate your computer as if we were sitting beside you. We find this is often useful for showing our clients how to navigate and make use of unfamiliar systems or software, and when we are doing computer optimizations.
In situations were the computer is having serious trouble and or Internet is not stable or working at all we recommend an on-site call or bringing your computer in to our service depot.

The first 5 minutes is free, following the first five minutes it is $75 dollars per incident. If it is an issue that cannot be solved via remote support the full amount spent on the remote support session will be credited to your
on-site charges.
